Orders may be placed via mail, telephone, FAX or online at www.kidsafetystore.com. 

We accept Purchase Orders from government agencies or institutions (e.g., schools, hospitals). Otherwise, payment in advance is required. We accept pre-printed checks or credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Please note that we do not see your credit card number as it is encrypted by the credit card processing company, Authorize.net, for your protection. All purchase order transactions are payable within 30 days (Net-30). DVD’s and other non-media products are returnable within 30-days. Books, pamphlets and other media, except DVD’s are non-returnable. All prices, offers, and terms in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to substitute contents of Sets with related products. KidSafety of America has made every effort to ascertain the validity of information and safety of products and shall not be held liable for accidents and death from application. Credits are issued immediately for goods returned with proper permission. KSA ships most orders within 48 hours. Larger complex orders could take up to a month to deliver. The usual shipment method is the US Postal Service. Shipping and handling fees quoted above are for locations within the continental U.S. For deliveries outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), and for international orders, additional surcharges apply.

Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice. Special surcharge applies for transactions requiring special handling and shipping. Including odd sizes. Expedited shipment is available upon request. Surcharges apply. If you receive products that are damaged or defective, please call KSA immediately. We will replace the damaged material at no charge. All products may be used for educational purposes with small class groups. All media products are copyrighted. Unauthorized duplication is a federal crime.
